Overview

You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip our virtual assistants with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and improve training programs for onboarding and skill development

  • Deliver live training sessions and create self-paced learning materials

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content as needed

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs and tailor solutions

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and a centralized training hub

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or similar roles

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills

  • Experience creating e-learning modules and training content

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, Google Workspace, and remote training tools

  • Proactive, organized, and passionate about helping others grow
