Weโre looking for a Remote Sales and Appointment-Setting Support to help manage outreach and strengthen partnerships with professionals across various sectors. What Youโll Do
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to introduce the company and schedule meetings for senior team members
- Manage calendarsโset confirmed appointments, send reminders, and coordinate between time zones
- Track all outreach activity, notes, and interactions in a centralized CRM or contact management system
- Maintain and organize databases of target contacts, companies, and potential partners
- Send follow-up emails and information packets to interested contacts after initial outreach
- Maintain trackers of daily/weekly calls, appointments, and conversions to monitor performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for messaging, strategy alignment, and process optimization
