We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of execution, leadership, and delivery? This role is for someone who can think ahead, manage people and systems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do

Oversee workflows across marketing, sales, and support teams to maintain efficiency and alignment

Drive adoption and optimization of ClickUp, Pipedrive, and SOP documentation

Hold team members accountable with clear systems, processes, and regular check-ins

Act as second-in-command for daily coordination and operational clarity

Manage backend delivery of service packages, ensuring all assets are produced, delivered, and tracked

Maintain quality control and consistency in all deliverables and client communications

Anticipate client needs and ensure no commitments are missed

Translate strategic ideas into executable systems and workflows

Support development of niche-specific offerings and client-aligned assets

Coordinate inputs from leadership, team members, and clients to keep projects moving
What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or client delivery

Proven success in remote team management and accountability systems
-
Proficiency in ClickUp, Pipedrive, or similar platforms
-
Exceptional organizational skills, with a talent for SOP creation and process documentation
-
Strong communication and time management skills
-
Ability to make independent decisions and proactively address needs

Availability to work US time zones (must overlap with CST)
