



Overview
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping complex projects on track? We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Collect, organize, and summarize media vendor proposals (TV, radio, out-of-home, streaming audio, etc.) into comparison spreadsheets
- Track deadlines for creative submissions and ensure timely delivery of assets to vendors
- Maintain a centralized system (via spreadsheets/Asana) for visibility into campaigns, tasks, and deadlines
- Assign creative tasks (e.g., monthly radio spots) to internal teams and monitor progress
- Consolidate vendor campaign reports and client-provided data into a single, clear view
- Monitor and track media spend and budgets across traditional and digital channels
- Support day-to-day project management activities using Google Workspace and Asana

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate upcoming tasks
- Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to summarize complex data and present clear reports
- Familiarity with media budgets, vendor reporting, and campaign tracking (a plus)
- Self-starter with the ability to build systems for visibility and accountability
