Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant/Office Manager to oversee accounting functions, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day office operations. This hybrid role requires a strong grasp of US accounting principles, proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero, and excellent organizational skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle full-cycle accounting: A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and month-end closing

  • Prepare financial statements and tax documents in line with US standards

  • Manage payroll processing and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws

  • Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (US-based or US clients)

  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and US tax regulations

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • CPA certification is a plus
